5. User Responsibilities and Conduct

  • Alert-Related Liabilities: We disclaim any liability related to alerts received through Towbar. Users understand that engaging with alerts found on Towbar is at their own risk.
  • Prohibition Against Soliciting Towing Services: Towbar does not condone or facilitate the solicitation of towing services directly from the public. In certain areas, soliciting towing services from customers without their prior request or consent may be illegal. Towbar strictly prohibits using its platform for such purposes, and any user engaging in such activities does so at their own risk. Tether Technologies is not liable for any legal or regulatory consequences arising from unauthorized solicitations by users.

8. Limitations and Disclaimers

  • Notification of Road Incidents: Towbar strives to notify users of road incidents but cannot guarantee notifications for every incident. Users may encounter situations not alerted by the app.
  • No Assurances of Success: Towbar is designed to provide alert notifications but does not guarantee success or profitability.
  • Warranties: Towbar is provided "as is" with no explicit or implied warranties.
  • No Liability: Tether Technologies is not liable for damages or losses arising from the use or unavailability of Towbar, or outcomes of engaging with alerts from the Service.

9. Indemnification

Users shall indemnify Tether Technologies against losses, expenses, or damages resulting from ToS breaches or unlawful use of Towbar.

10. External Relations and Third-Party Interactions

  • Links: Towbar may link to external platforms beyond our control.
  • Partnerships: We collaborate with third parties to enhance our Service, ensuring user security.

11. Modifications, Suspension, and Termination
